Tips For Safe Car Rental
Renting a car is a very simple process, as long as you have chosen a reliable company like Rentops. If you are coming to Greece for your first holiday, we want to give you some useful tips to avoid any pitfalls when renting a car.
To rent a car, the minimum age requirement is 23 years old, and the driver must hold
a valid driving license for at least 3 years.
If you cancel your booking at least 3 days prior to your arrival date, you will not be charged any fees. However, if you fail to show up, the full amount of your booking will be charged. Please note that any cancellations or changes to your booking made after the car has been picked up will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, we regret to inform you that payments for last-minute reservations are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding regarding our cancellation policy and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
When you receive your rental vehicle, it will have a specific amount of fuel. Please
ensure that you return the car with the same amount of fuel to avoid any additional
charges. If the fuel level is not the same, surcharges will be applied based on the
current market price.

If the rental car key is lost, a fee of 250 euros will be charged.
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing animals or pets inside our rental cars, as
this may cause issues for customers with allergies and impact the overall cleanliness
of the vehicle. However, if you need to transport an animal, you may do so using a
protected specific box, similar to those used on airplanes.
Please note that any damage caused by pets or animals inside the car will not be
covered by our insurance packages, and customers will be responsible for paying the
cost of damages. Additionally, if there is any hair on the seats as a result of
transporting an animal, a cleaning fee of 50 € will be charged.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our policy on animals in our rental
